Booking questions
How much will my appointment cost?
Your quote depends on the selected services, group size and confirmed requirements. The studio sets the final total after reviewing your request. Review the approved amount in your account before paying.
Can I add makeup for family or party guests?
Yes. Include the adults and children in your group, choose the main service quantity and select the available add-ons with their quantities. Availability and the complete quote are confirmed by the studio.
How do booking and balance payments work?
After approval, open My payments for the booking amount or remaining balance. Use the studio QR or available UPI option, then submit the UTR or payment screenshot. The studio verifies receipt before the payment is marked received; you can follow pending, partial and completed payments in your account.
Can I make another booking for the same date?
One customer account can hold one active appointment for a date. Include all members and add-ons in that request. Contact the studio if an existing booking needs changes.
How do I check academy availability?
Use the academy enquiry form to share your course, experience and contact details. The studio will confirm the next batch, fees and available places.
